We can help with property management, condo and homeowners association management as well as short-term vacation rentals. When it comes to new construction, we can help with back-office solutions, job site management, promotion of builders services as well as provide sales leads through online and offline methods. In-person model home tours as well as providing professional photography, 3D virtual tours for all types of real estate and listing syndication to hundreds of other websites are just some of the benefits we offer to stand out from the crowd. When we represent our clients when purchasing real estate, we offer to negotiate and renegotiate the terms of all types of agreements whether they be to purchase, lease or sub-lease. Finding the best property and neighborhood that matches the needs of our clients can take some time through online and offline means. Matching clients to the best real estate professional is also a key part of what we do for our clients. Work from home or participate with our synergy office that can facilitate multiple teams with office space and equipment for a reasonable monthly fee. Do you want to keep your own brokerage name and branding? No problem. You can simply power your existing brokerage with our back office eAgent suite of tools. Great question! While “e” is a reoccurring theme with us (obviously), “e” is primarily for evolution. eAgent™ is our entrepreneurial interpretation of “The Evolution of Real Estate™.” The market is changing, as ALL things are and always will be. We choose to evolve alongside the changing marketplace in a complimentary fashion for all involved.
We thought you’d never ask! The name “Evie” is a love-name for our daughter Evelyn and her favorite color has always been blue. Our family (Justin, Darlene, Emrik & Evelyn) were sitting together discussing changes we were making in our business (and yes...we DO consult our entire family with our business decisions mainly as an opportunity for mentorship) and what it all meant to each of us… what it would cost each of us and what we wanted to achieve from all of this change. We all agreed that it was time to start talking about the “elephant(s) in the room.” We agreed that we all had different elephants and that anything that holds any of us back is holding ALL of us back. We decided that we will confront all obstacles together, be it real estate investments, wayward friends or even dirty laundry.
The “elephants” were quickly adopted as our spirit-animals as we worked our way through all the issues on the chopping block. As we learned more about actual elephants and how their herd is structured (thanks Alexa & Siri!), we wanted our elephant to be a female. We noticed that only the most desperate and starving of animals would dare attack an elephant of any kind, so when they do have a go at an elephant, the smallest or weakest of the heard is always the “best” target for a tired and weak predator. However, attacking an elephant calf is also a great way to receive the full wrath of the herd, as it turns out.
We serendipitously created a familial mascot within one conversation. "Evie" is now eAgent's crystal blue elephant calf mascot. She possesses the freedom to learn, grow, prosper and play under the guidance and protection of the entire herd for as long as it serves her. To us, Evie the elephant represents a "crystal blue" transparency, an existence of continual open and honest communications through good times and bad, and being part of a loyal network that would see all those that mean well, do well.
Since 2002, Justin Allen & Darlene Allen have been licensed Real Estate Agents in the State of Mississippi. Investment Property has been a passion of theirs since the very first property they purchased in 2002. From there, they bought and sold over 100 personal investment properties. Justin went on to be President of the Wealth Builders of South Mississippi Real Estate Investors Association giving seminars on short sales and deal strategy seminars to regional investors.
After a short hiatus from real estate in 2009, they went to work for one of the largest new construction home builders in the Southeast, Adams Homes. Shortly thereafter, they reopened their real estate brokerage, Smart Design Properties with a focus on a smarter and greener approach to new home construction sales working with custom home builder, Elliott Homes.
In 2016, they purchased the rights to open a real estate franchise office they named E-Realty with the focus on being more paperless and tech driven. They also started an in-house media company called Blue Suede Media that not only provides professional real estate photography, but also virtual tours in REAL 3D.
In 2017, Justin was approached by several local real estate investors to restart the local investor group for additional networking and education which the area lacked. MS Coast REIA was formed and has been growing since. (Monthly panel discussion meetings are held from 6-8pm every 1st Tuesday of each month at the eAgent™ Realty Synergy Office in Gulfport.)
In May of 2019 they launched their own franchise brokerage concept named eAgent™ with the first office being eAgent™ Realty, located in Gulfport, Mississippi. They wanted to create a real estate brokerage franchise model focused on giving more power back to the agents by giving them an open source virtual software platform while still being able to have a local office for participating Agents to physically meet with clients, or to do office work away from their home.
In October of 2019, we brought on William Mitchell to serve as Principal Broker and future owner of the eAgent Realty office in Gulfport.
