If you are a fan of Down Town Ocean Springs, but need to be close to the interstate and in a great school system, then call St. Martin, "Home"!  This area is defined as NORTH of Fort Bayou Bridge, EAST of D'Iberville, WEST of Elgin Road and SOUTH of I-10.  Latimer is the area north of I-10 and within the same St. Martin School District.  Many fans of Ocean Springs choose to live in St. Martin because taxes are lower and it also allows one quick access into all the culture and festivities of Ocean Springs just by crossing a quick bridge.  The area is largely residential and super convenient to entertainment, shopping and beachfront.  Even though St. Martin is not a city, it is very well known for the area and residents hold their own by voting against any annexation by nearby D'Iberville and Ocean Springs.  St. Martin also has a golf course and tennis community of Gulf Hills (pictured above).  Gulf Hills Tennis Club has clay courts right on the water with amazing sunsets.  Gulf Hills Golf Club is one of the most played golf courses on the Mississippi Coast.  Plenty of Biloxi's Back Bay waterfront properties abound the St. Martin area at an affordable value.  The search function for this area will need to be by it's school zone and under the city of Ocean Springs.  You can click on the map below to have these parameters already built in to view St. Martin homes for sale.  Join local residents for golf or tennis or stay at the historic Gulf Hills Hotel by visiting the links below.
